NHBC Pride in the job awards at Slieve Donard Newcastle. Sam was awarded the seal of excellence and regional award for his development at Mount Bernard Rise Castlederg being recognised as the no.1 builder for small category building up to 50 homes a year.

Another successful night for S&DS as they attended the NHBC Pride in the job awards last night at the Slieve Donard Hotel Newcastle.
Sam was awarded as a Quality Award Winner & achieved also the Seal of Excellence award for the outstanding work at Mount Bernard Rise, Castlederg.

This award was given to Sam for producing homes of exceptional quality, judges said the attention to detail on site and excellence seen at first fix joinery and plastering is the best they have seen
